Daily Communion and Evening Purification with Jesus

For the gentle art of meeting every emotion with awareness and love.
“Love is Everything.” — G. Ross Clark

Introduction

This guide offers simple, compassionate ways to walk through the day and into the night with Jesus and awareness. It invites you to meet each moment—especially those filled with sadness, fear, or despair—with loving attention rather than resistance.

Each practice helps purify the mind, calm the nervous system, and return you to peace without spiritual bypassing.

🌅 Morning — Awakening with Awareness and Jesus

“This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” — Psalm 118:24
As you wake, greet the day slowly. Morning is a sacred threshold — a time to establish awareness, love, and companionship with Jesus.

Practice 1 — Morning Communion (5–10 minutes)

Place your hand over your heart and breathe softly.
2. Whisper inwardly:
“There is suffering.”
“There is love.”
“There is Jesus.”

3. Let each phrase settle with your breath. Feel your body soften.
4. Sit quietly, allowing peace to return naturally.

🌤️ Through the Day — Meeting Emotions in Real Time

Emotions such as sadness, fear, or despair can arise anytime.
These practices help you pause, feel, and respond wisely — staying connected with awareness and Jesus.

Practice 2 — The Pause of Presence

  1. Stop and breathe. Feel your feet on the ground.
  2. Name what is present: “This is sadness.” “This is fear.”
  3. Whisper: “Jesus, be here with me.”
  4. Stay until you sense a softening — a breath of grace.

Practice 3 — Body Grounding Prayer

  • Press your feet gently into the floor.
    • Breathe slowly and repeat:
    “I am here.” (inhale)
    “You are here.” (exhale)
    “We are safe in love.”

Practice 4 — The ‘There Is’ Practice

Take one mindful breath each hour and note gently whatever is alive in the moment:
“There is sound.” “There is warmth.” “There is gratitude.” “There is Jesus.”

Practice 5 — Lovingkindness Micro-Prayer

When you notice suffering — in yourself or others — silently bless:
“May you be held in love.”
“May your suffering be healed.”
“Love is everything.”

Practice 6 — The Five-Minute Reset

When fatigue or sadness accumulates:
1. Sit or lie down.
2. Take five deep breaths, exhaling longer than you inhale.
3. Whisper softly with each exhale: “Peace… Peace… Peace…”
4. Finish by saying: “Thank You, Jesus, for being with me even now.”

🌇 Evening — Purification and Restoring Balance

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

Evening is the time to release the day and restore the body-mind to balance.
Let the following practices help you unwind into peace.

Practice 7 — Evening Reflection and Release

  1. Sit quietly and breathe.
    2. Reflect gently: “What did I carry today?”
    3. Bless each moment without analysis.
    4. Say: “I release all that has served its purpose today.”
    5. Offer the day to Jesus: “All that I could not resolve, I place in Your hands.”

Practice 8 — The Prayer of the Heart

As you lie in bed, place your hand over your heart and whisper:
“Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me.”
Let the rhythm of the words merge with your breath, letting mercy mean compassion — the gentle love washing through your body.

Practice 9 — The Purification Breath

  1. Inhale through the nose, feel light entering.
    2. Exhale through the mouth, feel heaviness leaving.
    3. Say inwardly:
“I forgive myself and all beings.”
    “I rest in love.”

Practice 10 — Nighttime Compassion Meditation

If sadness returns before sleep:
• Place your hand over your heart or hold a pillow.
• Whisper: “Dear one, you’ve done enough today. You are safe now.”
• Say softly: “There is suffering. There is love. There is Jesus.”

Summary — The Day as a Prayer

  • Morning — Begin in awareness: “There is suffering, there is love, there is Jesus.”
    • Midday — Pause of Presence or 5-Minute Reset: breathe and ground.
    • Afternoon — Loving-kindness and gratitude: expand compassion.
    • Evening — Reflection and Release: surrender and rest.
    • Before sleep — Prayer of the Heart and Purification Breath: dissolve into peace.

Key Principles

  1. Acknowledge — Name what is here: “This is sadness.”
  2. Allow — Let it be without judgment.
  3. Attend — Invite Jesus to be with you in it.
  4. Appreciate — Recognize the strength of staying present.
  5. Abide — Rest in awareness and love.

Closing Blessing

“Beloved Jesus,

When emotions rise, help me not to flee or fight,
but to meet each one with awareness and love.
Let my mind be purified by truth,
My body soothed by breath,
My heart anchored in Your peace.

Through every feeling — despair, fear, joy, or calm —
Let me remember You are here.

There is Suffering.
There is Love.
There is Jesus.”

“Love is Everything.”
