What is Life Review Healing?

Life Review Healing  (LRH) is a compassionate process of looking back over your life — not to analyze or judge, but to see through the eyes of love.
It is the healing aspect of the life review, practiced consciously while we are still alive.
In LRH, you open your heart to each stage of your journey, allowing forgiveness, gratitude, and wisdom to arise naturally.

The Three Pillars of LRH

1. Remembering with Kindness — Gently revisit your memories through the lens of compassion. Invite each memory to be seen in love.

   b. Releasing with Forgiveness — Forgiveness is the medicine of LRH. Release guilt, shame, and resentment by recognizing that everyone, including yourself, acted according to their level of understanding at the time.

   c. Returning to Love — Each review ends in the same place: love. When the story is blessed and released, what remains is peace, tenderness, and unity with life itself.

 

How to Practice LRH

1. Create a Sacred Space — Sit quietly, breathe, and invite gentleness.
   2. Choose a Life Stage or Theme — Childhood, career, relationships, grief, joy.
   3. Recall a Memory — See it clearly but lightly, as though watching a movie.
   4. Feel without Fear — Let emotions arise and soften naturally.
   5. Offer Healing Words — “I forgive you.” “I understand now.” “May this be blessed.”
   6. Rest in the Heart — Sense the peace that follows release.
   7. End with Gratitude — Whisper, “Thank you, Life. Love is Everything.”

 

The Purpose of LRH

To awaken freedom in the present moment.
To transform the energy of regret into appreciation.
To prepare the heart for dying by learning how to truly live.
Every healed memory becomes light in the soul.
