PURE MIND HEALING

“Dear Fear” Morning Practice

“My Dear Fears, you are not alone.”

A gentle morning practice for moments of fear, contraction, or dread.
Practice gently & softly, without trying to fix anything.
Let each phrase be an offering of pure presence.

1. Upon Waking

Whisper inwardly, as if to a beloved child:

“Dear fear, you are allowed.”
“I am the one who stays with you.”
“We will move through this together.”

2. Gentle Contact

Place one hand on your throat and one on your belly.
Let your body feel the warmth of safety.
Breathe outward — not down — as though misting the inside of your skin.
Do not push fear away. Let the body soften around it.

3. Blessing the Fear

Repeat softly:

“Dear fear, may you be well and understood.”
“You belong.”
“There is love here now.”

4. Understanding Morning Dread

Morning dread often arises as the body awakens before the mind remembers safety. This is not personal failing — it is a survival reflex.

By bringing touch, breath, and awareness, you reintroduce love where fear once lived.

“My Dear Fears, you are not alone.”
