“Resting as Spacious Awareness”
(10–12 minutes — deepest practice)
Opening (0:00–2:00)
Sit or lie down comfortably.
Let the whole body relax
as if settling into a warm bed of presence.
Take a slow breath in…
and let it flow out.
Cue: 10 seconds silence
Discovering Spaciousness (2:00–4:00)
Bring awareness into the space around your body —
the air touching your skin,
the space around your chest,
the space behind your back.
Now let that space
grow larger…
wider…
softer.
You are beginning to sense
the spacious nature of PureMind.
Cue: 10 seconds silence
Letting Awareness Expand (4:00–7:00)
Let awareness spread outward —
beyond your body,
beyond the room,
into the open space of being.
No forcing.
No visualizing.
Just sensing spaciousness.
You are not expanding.
You are noticing what was always here:
awareness without boundary.
Stay with this openness.
Let the body float within it.
Cue: 20 seconds silence
Merging With Awareness (7:00–10:00)
Now rest in this simple recognition:
“I am awareness.”
Not as a thought…
but as a direct experience.
Feel yourself as the space
in which everything appears —
breath, sound, sensation, emotion, thought.
You are the container,
not the contents.
Stay here.
Cue: 30 seconds silence
Closing (10:00–12:00)
Bring your attention back into your heart area.
Carry the spaciousness with you.
Whisper once:
“Pure Mind.”
Let the spaciousness flow
into your next breath,
your next step,
your next moment.
You are the sky.
Everything else is weather.
