Welcome.
Find a posture that feels natural, grounded, and kind toward your body.
Let the breath come as it wishes.

Slow inhale…
Soft exhale.

Allow the atmosphere around you to become quiet.

Softening the Face (1:30–3:30)
Bring attention to your face…
the forehead…
the eyes…
the tiny muscles around the mouth.

Let everything soften.

Imagine warm light behind your eyes.
Let that light melt downward into your cheeks.
Into your tongue.
Into your throat.

The Inner Smile (3:30–6:00)
Now, without forcing anything,
invite a gentle smile into your face —
not wide,
not external,
just a whisper of upward softness.

And now… imagine that same smile
appearing inside your mind.

A smile behind the eyes.

A smile in the belly.

This inner smile is not happiness.

Entering the Heart Space (2:00–4:00)
Bring your awareness into the center of your chest.
Not imagining anything —

Feel the tenderness there.

Let your whole body exhale.

Inviting the Fear Gently (2:00–4:00)
Bring to mind a mild fear, worry, or tension —
something small enough to hold,
but real enough to feel.

Let it arise softly.
No pressure.

Say inwardly:
“Fear, you can be here.”

Fear heals through permission.

Holding Fear in Awareness (4:00–6:00)
Now imagine that awareness — PureMind —
is like a wide, luminous sky.

Place your fear gently inside this sky.
Give it space.
Give it air.
Give it room to breathe.

You are not trying to remove the fear.
You are letting awareness hold it.

Awareness does not fight fear.
Awareness dissolves fear.

Light of PureMind (6:00–8:00)
Feel a soft light within you —
warm, spacious, unconditional.

Let this light touch the fear

  • Does the fear soften?
