Lesson 1 – Understanding Fear Kindly

Fear is often trying to protect you, not punish you. When you see it as a messenger, the body can relax.

  • Dear fear, what are you trying to keep me safe from?
  • Dear fear, when did this begin?
  • Dear fear, what would help you rest today?

Lesson 2 – Breathing Through Intensity

When fear shows up in the body (throat, chest, solar plexus), we pair breath with loving self-talk.

Try repeating: “Dear fear, you are welcome here. Dear body, you are safe now.”


Lesson 3 – Transforming Fear into Insight

After fear is heard, there is often a deeper message — a value, a boundary, or a longing for love.
