PureMind is both a recognition and a practice.

Below are the core PureMind practices of this manual. Each can be done in 1–5 minutes.


1. The PureMind Breath

The simplest doorway

  1. Inhale softly and inwardly whisper:
    “Pure…”

  2. Exhale slowly and inwardly whisper:
    “…Mind.”

As you breathe:

  • relax your jaw
