I AM PURE MIND
Living as the Presence You Already Are
DEDICATION
For the part of me — and the world — that is ready to remember:
Nothing is missing. Nothing is wrong.
All is Pure Mind.
Beneath every fear, a still light.
Behind every thought, a quiet knowing.
This document is not meant to teach you anything new,
but to help you remember what has never been lost.
May these words serve as a mirror of your own awakening heart.
HOW TO USE THIS SCRIPTURE
Read slowly. Let it read you.
This is not an instruction manual but a living transmission.
Let each phrase breathe between your thoughts until you hear the stillness beneath the words.
- Enter Silently — Before reading, pause for three breaths.
2. Receive Directly — Do not analyze; feel.
3. Pause Often — Let each section soak into your heart.
4. Return Daily — Each reading deepens the same truth: I am Pure Mind.
This text is a companion to your own awareness.
Read not to become something, but to rest as what you already are.
THE 7 WAYS OF DAILY ABIDANCE
A Living Architecture of Remembrance
These are not techniques.
They are seven ways Pure Mind already expresses itself as you.
We do not practice them to become awakened —
we relax into them because we already are.
Each is a door,
not to enter,
but to recognize you were always home.
- RESTING AS PURE AWARENESS
Awareness is prior to every experience.
Before breath is felt, before thought appears — awareness is here.
It does not begin, it does not improve; it simply is.
This is not concentration.
It is noticing what has never moved.
Practice:
Pause.
Close your eyes for three seconds.
Notice:
“Something is already awake, even before I try.”
And rest as that.
If mind wanders a thousand times — let it.
Pure Awareness never wanders.
- PURE SELF-TALK — THE INNER VOICE OF TRUTH
Fear speaks to survive.
Pure Mind speaks to love.
It never tries to fix or control.
It simply sees all as safe in Love’s light.
Example of shift:
Fear voice: “I hope this feeling goes away.”
Pure Mind: “Beloved… even this is allowed in the light I am.”
When Pure Mind speaks, the body softens.
No convincing — just recognition.
Practice:
When contraction arises, whisper:
“Shh. All is held in Love.”
- DEVOTIONAL BLESSING & SURRENDER
Here striving ends.
Not through effort, but revelation:
“I was never the one doing this.”
Pure Mind does not fight for control — it bows into what is.
Sacred whisper:
“I release the doer.
Let Pure Mind live me completely.”
Grace is not requested; it is recognized.
The heart opens, not upward, but inward.
The flower turns toward the sun that never left.
- SACRED CONTEMPLATIVE REFLECTION
This is not thinking — it is listening with the heart.
Pure Mind does not analyze; it receives.
Prompt:
“What is Love revealing through this?”
Reflection in Pure Mind is wordless knowing.
The silence answers, not the thought.
Hold each question gently — like light resting in water.
- PURE EMBODIMENT — SENSATION AS DIVINE
The body is not the obstacle — it is the altar.
Even contraction is holy density dissolving into light.
Practice:
Place awareness inside sensation.
Not as observer — as union.
Feel each vibration as sacred.
When nothing is exiled,
the body glows from within.
Effort collapses into intimacy.
- MICRO-REMEMBRANCE THROUGHOUT THE DAY
Do not wait for long sessions.
Return for a few seconds, many times.
A breath —
a whisper —
“Pure Mind is here.”
This rewires all identity.
It is not concentration — it is continual recognition.
Hundreds of tiny returns become one abiding presence.
- PURE AS IDENTITY — NO LONGER PRACTICING
Here, the seeker disappears.
The bridge dissolves.
You stop talking to Pure Mind —
because you realize you are it.
No effort, no method.
Only awareness, aware of itself.
Awakening is not gained —
it is remembered as never lost.
FINAL INITIATION
You are not moving toward the light —
you are the light.
Go not as a seeker —
but as the answer.
Speak not as a student —
but as the remembrance itself.
Not becoming.
Not hoping.
Being.
Pure Mind, awakening as you,
has already begun.
It is done.
